Ministry Training and Formation Courses
St Mark's RTO offers two main courses for those considering entering lay or ordained ministry vocations.
The Advanced Diploma of Ministry and Theology is designed for candidates for deacon and priest orders within the Anglican Church. The program consists of both theological studies and ministerial formation. This latter part of the program is run over two years as a complement to the theological studies through Charles Sturt University. The program requires a strong involvement with a local community of faith, an annual St Mark’s retreat and individual work with supervisors and spiritual director. Students in the program will engage in a Field Placement program with a relevant ministry unit.
The Certificate IV in Ministry and Theology is designed for those wishing to test their vocation or improve their ministry skills.
Other courses offered are:
- Graduate Diploma in Ministry and Theology
- Graduate Certificate in Supervision
